- HAMBURG 18.05.2023 Baustellen des Stadtentwicklungsgebietes Baakenhafen an der Elbe in Hamburg. Seit Beschluss des Senats sind das Hafenbecken und die umgebenden Landzungen formell Bestandteil des Projektes HafenCity, bei dem die Hafenflächen südlich der Hamburger Innenstadt aus ihrer ursprünglichen Nutzung entlassen und in Einzelhandels-, Gewerbe-, Wohn- und freizeitbezogene Flächen umgewandelt werden sollen. Den städtebaulichen Wettbewerb für das Baakenhafen-Quartier hatte das Büro APB Architekten für sich entscheiden. // Construction site of the city development area Baakenhafen on the Elbe in Hamburg.
